My heart is pumping hard right now. I just received an email from my Uncle that my Aunts will be coming here in Toronto on the 31st of October. Probably, in early morning, mannn, what will I do? I don’t drive at night time and definitely I haven’t driven my car to the Pearson Airport. It’s a humongous airport and driving there is tricky expressway, I’ll get lost or worst, I really don’t know where to go there. I am excited, very. But the thought of going to fetch them is, gosh! I’m scared to drive there. No one at home can drive except me. Hire a van or a taxi, great! There too expensive. Hoooo, got to call help, fortunately Lolo Pat is willing to zigzag the expressway with me and my car.
I may be crazy for seeing something. Hey! Exempt the preggy one, here’s the laugh. In the Philippines, only the band majorettes can wear boots. That means, when one is wearing one anytime of the day, maybe thought of “doing majorette thingy”. Or, if not lucky “you will get the tease” of the day. And, now we are in Canada, we still get the “pick on me tender”. Some of our uncles, Aunts and close friends will make fun of us sometimes, about the boots and band majorette. We know the drill, and we all just laugh out loud, and I’m still laughing now. And include this, a funky one, like the one who is wearing equestrian riding apparel in the middle of winter. Gee, I hope that she will really get on her horse, or I will think another way around. That’s the good thing living in this fashion conscious environment. You can wear anything you like. Express yourself is the name.
I never remember the last time I was carrying our first baby, I was too busy and engrossed with my work then. The laziness and all pregnancy hullabaloos were left and forgotten. Now, on my 8th wicked week, I’ve felt everything, what I hated most is the back ache. I do have diaries before, but I doubt I had time jotting down the important events. Food intake is not an issue, I have normal daily food consumptions, and I cook since forever. Junk foods, we don’t have it at home, I’m avoiding it for ages now, besides I have a toddler who’s crazy for it.
My nose allergies are on again, as usual. But this time I could not take my meds. One dose of it will knock me down with a tight sleep. Gosh, that would definitely knock the baby to sleep and maybe high, like drugging him/her. I looked to haggard. I’m dragging this allergy for 2 days now.
It’s just me, if I can avoid meds for myself, I really try hard to not have them especially that I’m carrying a bundle. It’s my usual allergy. There is no biggy to run to my family doctor.
I am repainting our wall right now, it’s doing great, I bet. No one is going to praise me except our son, hubby is freaking out of the paint cost. What’s cheap today? Not even a soy sauce. Back to my repainting, moving a lot of stuff really wears me out besides from being pregnant. I’m super woman, ha ha ha, dream on! And, these wires from computer and modem to TV gadgets, I thought that my cable wire is called HDMI cable, stupid me! The long hdmi cables are for our TV and DVD player, it must be connected with our HD box too. I know I set up everything at home, e-e-everything since hubby is not doing anything at home, I should know what I’m doing, of course with the manual, but asking me what they are, I pass with that one.
I was just meowing about the coming Thanksgiving Day in Canada and gave some thoughts what to prepare for this year. And, I didn’t realize others think about graduation invitations, there may be graduation in October, which is not new in the Philippines, and I’m not sure in Canada if they have October graduation. Really! Thanksgiving Day and Graduation, there are lots of reason why we celebrate more than just a roasted turkey this year. Graduation too! How about graduation invitation for a BBQ? Just before the snow will tick in, outdoor BBQ under falling leaves mannnnn that’s perfect.
