You may read this countless times and once again I’m saying that many who are out of work workforces are working full time to find jobs and many as well marching back to school to gain and learn new skills while the job market is bit bitter these days. Count me in! For months now that I have been thinking and laid lots of thoughts about going back to school to be able to compete in the job market. Well, yesterday I was hallucinating, hypnotized and have walked my way towards the college nearby and got enrolled. Gosh! Yes, I am going to study just for six months to learn the Canadian Securities Course. I need this to get in to the banking arena.

Few months ago the rich nations was having a hard time coping the downturns of each economy. Bail out, bailed, government borrowing, credit crunch, lay-off, workforce and the poor. We have heard less or read something about bailing out the poor workforces to have at least lived a life, but few. Why?! Because Uncle Sam, Samson and other Savior thought that the resurrected and resuscitated businesses that bagged the bail pouch will save the poor poor from this bitter economy.
Who got the bail? You can read the news everyday, the bonuses scandal while many workers were swept and walk away without severance pay. Shame! Shame! Shame! Businesses that were saved from falling apart should have at least used the money saving the business and bonuses are ok as long as the money were coming from their own investment income not directly from the people’s money (bail). Yes, I agree with others opinion decency, ethics and respect should come first. Unfortunately, greed prevails.

Have you been waiting for winter to hibernate? Me too! Now is the day for us to kick and shout hooray!!! The spring is here and I’m kicking my butt to start my spring - summer planting. I don’t have garden or small plot in my Condo. I guess the big tin cans I’ve collected for 7 months will do the trick. I’m so excited to see the sprouts of my lettuce, basil, onions, tomatoes and peppers. These will definitely make my days busy and greeny.

Parenting the new generation child. I mean, it’s because they were born in these high tech generation and advancement. I don’t overly indulge my tot to these brain cracking electronic gadgets that I believe would control his every lifestyle in different uncontrollable dimensions, let say “bad habits“. TV in the lounge, toys mostly from happy meals, occasional real toy treats, and nothing abundant at home than educational materials, whatever is the cost if needed to stimulate his learning capabilities, I bleed to provide.
My son cries when he wants something that I could not afford or I think not good for him. Explanation is my soothing gear for him to understand why sometimes he could not get what he likes. Since, he started appreciating things, his demands also is increasing. Mostly, he understand why not have it and lately he started mumbling and begging a particular toy even he saw it few days ago. Gracious may! That toy will feed us three-day meals. When I weigh it all, needs matter first before wants. Nothing more to justify and the succeeding hurdles I bound to lift is to teach him understand necessities and wants.

Yesterday was my tot's dental check-up, not really a big deal. He just broke his front tooth in the shower. He had an x-ray two weeks ago and his dentist told that we could wait for another two weeks may be the tooth will healed itself. The awaited two weeks was yesterday. While, were walking on the hallway towards the dentist room, my son stumbled to another dental clinic and said “ this room is ugly”, and continue walking to his assigned room and said, here is nice and lots of toys. At a young age bribery indeed works wonder. I mean, many know that dentist will always entice kids with toys for them to sit on the horrific dentist reclining chair. Since the beginning I told my son about the good things and toys in the dental clinic for him to look forward of the check-up with excitement. So far, it’s effective. The tooth is doing okay. I will just wait if the broken tooth generates discoloration or inflammation. The sign of damage tooth and needs to be pulled out.
